Triceps exercise with short grip tape

Preparation

Fix the carriage so that the tip of the horn is at buttock height.

Starting position

Stand backwards close to the horn with legs hip-width apart. Keep your upper body upright and your back straight. Keep your abdominal muscles tensed. Grasp one strap loop on the right and one on the left with your hands and extend your elbows upwards so that your upper arms are directly next to your ears.

Execution

Slowly push your hands upwards. Barely move your elbow and upper arm. Do not fully extend your arm. Slowly return to the starting position.
